We are now looking for a colleague to join our successful team in Stockholm, focusing on our key customers in B2B. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from creating customer plans to following up and further developing your customers. You are used to delivering results through a structured and goal-oriented approach and enjoy working with longer sales cycles.

As a CSM, you will build and develop collaborations with nationwide construction companies, strengthening customer relationships and ensuring long-term partnerships. In addition, you will identify new business opportunities and work to create new collaborations.

You will work closely with both the sales department and other parts of Cramo's organization, where we always put “the team before the individual” to achieve success together.

Location: Stockholm, with the possibility to work from one of our depots in the Stockholm area.

Collective agreement: Basic Industry - Unionen, Swedish Engineers, Leaders 

 
  • You have extensive experience working with marketing and sales plans and enjoy both being responsible for and participating in customer and sales activities. 
  • Experience working with proactive customer contact.  

  • You are driven by making deals and are good at negotiating. 

  • You work in a structured manner and use sales support systems and the Office suite as daily tools. It is advantageous if you have worked in Salesforce before.  

  • Good knowledge of Swedish & English 

  • Driver's license B 

  • We would like you to have experience in B2B sales to national construction companies and other larger construction contractors. 

We would like you to be a good communicator and a long-term relationship builder both internally and externally. You are an independent colleague, interested and motivated to find new ways to develop your customers' businesses, with the ability to see solutions that create value, efficiency, and profitability. For us, it is important that you have a high drive to close deals. You are curious and want to be part of Cramo's digital journey and future services/offers. 

You will report to Sales Manager Magnus Edin within the Central Region.
